I’m really glad for those folks who had a good experience with this company. I was informed that I was pre-approved, and then nothing happened. My rep is Julio. To this day, after submitting my application, I haven’t had a chance to talk to Julio or anyone else about it. I’ve called multiple times and was told he’d get back to me in a few days. Well, that never occurred. When I log into my account, the first few times it said 'my application is under review.' I just checked again, and now it says 'my application was not accepted, but please submit another one.' I’m confused. I haven’t had a conversation with anyone to figure out what went wrong with my initial application. Life’s too short for this kind of nonsense. I provided all the necessary info, and I just don’t get why Julio hasn’t reached out to me, even just to say hello!

I just wrapped up the purchase of a property that Landis managed. Honestly, I can't express how smoothly everything went. The team involved was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. They really eased the burden of what could've been a real hassle if I had to handle it solo. My primary contact was Julio Hernandez, who kept me updated on every single step of the process. He did an outstanding job. I'm genuinely thrilled and impressed with how the whole home buying journey unfolded. I would definitely recommend Landis to everyone. Their program is truly exceptional.

Initially, I was worried that the standards set by Landis were so elevated that I might not be able to get any home approved through their criteria. Now, I’m really thankful for that because I feel safe and secure without any issues.

Leah Byrd, our representative, was fantastic. But honestly, she was the sole bright spot in this whole deal. I found myself waiting for days just to get a response on anything. The poor communication and chaos were a big letdown.

My husband and I have been searching for a home since February. We got the green light from two lenders, but with the current housing market, we kept getting outbid. As time went on and interest rates climbed, our pre-approval amount dropped. That’s when we stumbled upon Landis and thought it might be a good match. After prequalifying, we decided to fill out an application that same day and sent in all the necessary documents. In this age of instant everything, waiting 7-10 days for an approval feels like forever, especially when most lenders can give you an answer in just one business day. After about a week, we got an approval, but it was for an amount that was lower than what we had been pre-approved for by the other lenders. This was puzzling, so I reached out and found out my husband wasn’t approved, which didn’t add up since we had just received an updated pre-approval from the lenders eight days earlier. The representative I spoke with asked me to send over the pre-approval from the lenders, promising that my husband’s application would be reprocessed. I sent it on Monday, and now it’s Friday, and we’re still waiting to hear back. Throughout this whole ordeal, the communication from Landis has been pretty subpar. When you call their customer service, expect to hit voicemail most of the time. And when you do manage to get someone on the line, be ready for a lot of back and forth, or they’ll tell you they’re not at their computer right now.

Initially, I had some trouble getting responses. However, after I finished my application, everything started to go smoothly, and now I’m living in the home I desired.

I’m really pleased with Landis and the whole process. Julio was my main contact, and he was fantastic. Whenever I had questions, I shot him a text, and he got back to me super fast! I even messaged him as late as 10 PM, and he replied without any hassle, assuring us he’s available around the clock. The whole experience was smooth. Initially, we missed out on two homes due to some mix-up with my job situation, which meant we didn’t have our full amount ready, so our bid fell short. But once I let Julio know, he jumped right in, sorted everything out, and we got our budget sorted. The next house we made an offer on, we actually got it! I’m so excited, thanks to Landis. We’ve managed to improve our credit, so now we’re just saving a bit more for the down payment.
